Donetsk, Feb 28 — DAN. Kiev artillery shelled the Nikitovsky district of Gorlovka overnight to Tuesday causing civilian casualties and massive damage to infrastructure, said the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes.
The strike was delivered from the Dzerzhinsk area. The enemy fired at least ten 155mm artillery rounds at the town wounding a woman and a child, the JCCC said.
A kindergarten, a school, a culture center, five apartment buildings, a boiler house and two power lines were damaged by shelling. Several hundred customers were left without electricity.
On Monday, the enemy fired 193 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic. A teenager was wounded in Donetsk’s Petrovsky district and five homes and three civil infrastructure facilities were damaged.*jk
