Donetsk, Sep 1 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have shelled Donetsk People’s Republic settlements 65 times over the past 24 hours (from 06:00, August 31 to 06:00, September 1) expending 428 rounds of ammunition, said the DPR Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination of issues related to Ukraine’s war crimes.
Fire was delivered at the Kievsky, Kirovsky, Petrovsky and Kuibyshevsky districts of Donetsk, Yelenovka, Yasinovataya, Makeyevka, Gorlvovka and its suburban neighborhoods of Zaitsevo, Shirokaya Balka, Panteleimonovka, Novobakhmutovka, Verkhnetoretskoye and Novoselovka.
Four civilians have been killed and another 20 have been wounded, and 25 houses and seven infrastructure facilities have been damaged in the latest Ukrainian artillery attacks.
The enemy used artillery including “Grad” multiple rocket launchers and large caliber mortars.
In the previous 24-hour period, Ukrainian armed formations fired 222 rounds of ammunition at the Republic killing two civilians and wounding another ten.*jk
