Donetsk, Jun 28 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have more than 160 rounds of ammunition at the Donetsk People’s Republic over the past 24 hours, the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) reported on Tuesday.
Strikes were delivered at Donetsk, Makeyevka, Gorlovka, Yasinovataya, Dokuchayevsk and Svetlodarsk and their suburbs. The enemy used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, 152mm and 122mm artillery and mortars expending 162 rounds of ammunition overall.
Five civilians have been killed and another 24 have been wounded in the shelling in the past 24 hours, and 28 houses and 12 civil infrastructure facilities have been damaged, the JCCC said. In the previous 24-hour period two civilians were killed and nine were wounded in Ukrainian strikes.
Earlier reports on Tuesday said that an energy company worker who suffered serious wounds in the Monday strike at Makeyevka had died.
The JCCC daily report does not give the full picture of the aftermath of Ukrainian strikes at liberated areas.*jk
