Donetsk, Dec16 – DAN. DPR is ready to exchange detainees who have been cleared of charges, the Republic's ombudswoman, DPR representative in humanitarian subgroup Daria Morozova said.
"As for the exchange of 228 people, we agree to take those people as they have been cleared of charges in Ukraine," she said.
Earlier Kiev's representative in humanitarian subgroup Irina Geraschenko said that Ukrainian authorities are ready for "228 for 42" swap before the new Year.
Morozova added that DPR shall give Ukraine eight detainees cleared of charges.
Still DPR insists on the "all for all" swap, she said.
