Donetsk, Sep 23 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated ceasefire more than 400 times over the week, commander of DPR Operations Command Major-General Denis Sinenkov said.
"Despite the ceasefire in effect since September, 15, the enemy continued shelling Republic territory, with 424 ceasefire violations reported, 152 of them with weapons banned under Minsk agreements," he said.
According to Sinenkov, 15 DPR towns came under fire from Ukrainian armed forces positions, no casualties reported.
DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko ordered republican forces to maintain comprehensive unconditional ceasefire as of midnight September, 14/15. He reiterated that DPR kept truce before as well in accordance with agreement brokered by the Contact Group in late August.
