Donetsk, Nov 29 — DAN. The Sos Donbass humanitarian association has delivered to Donetsk the emergency supplies gathered in eight European countries, head of the organization Anna Novikova told the Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
“It’s our second convoy for Donbass; the first arrived in May, ” said Novikova adding that the French-based Sos Donbass had set up 30 collection centers in eight European countries.
The relief supplies are intended for civilians and pets. They include warm clothes, foodstuffs, baby and pet food, wheelchairs, hospital beds, blankets and pillows, she said.
Sos Donbass was established in September 2022 to provide humanitarian assistance to the region and hold actions to support it. In September, 2022 it arranged a rally in the town of Pau in southwestern France; a similar action took place in the Field of Mars near the Eiffel Tower in Paris in November.*jk
