Donetsk, Aug 9 - DAN. OSCE mission monitors have dismantled the surveillance camera on Donetsk Water Treatment Plant (DFS) premises, a DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination told Donetsk News Agency on Wednesday.
“The camera has been pierced by a bullet; it’s out of order,” the JCCC officer said. “The OSCE monitors have already dismantled the equipment; they’re taking it away.“
Earlier reports said Ukrainian forces had fired on the web camera which the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission installed on DFS premises about a day ago.*jk
