Donetsk, Nov 6 - DAN. Ukraine has used a new method to sabotage the Minsk talks by sending one representative to the Contact Group humanitarian and economic subgroups, the Donetsk People’s Republic Foreign Ministry said on Tuesday.
“At this session, Ukraine used another method to imitate its participation in the Minsk talks,” a DPR diplomat said. “Kiev delegated one person to two working group which held sessions at the same time; this representative has a very limited mandate.”
In such conditions, the negotiators in both subgroups have no opportunity to hold meaningful discussions, he added.
“This fact was noted by both coordinators of the working groups from the OSCE who regretted a lack of achievements on these tracks,” the DPR Foreign Ministry said.
The Contact Group in Minsk and its four working groups held a new round of Donbass peace talks on Tuesday.*jk
