Donetsk, Jul 12 – DAN. DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova has had talks with Fiona Frazer, the Head of the UN Human Rights Monitoring Mission in Ukraine, said the Ombudswoman's office.
"During the meeting the issues of missing people, persons killed as a result of tortures by Kiev forces, prisoners swaps have been discussed," Morozova said.
Documents testifying to the unlawful methods of interrogation used by Kiev forces were handed to Frazer.
When discussing the search of missing persons, "the necessity of cooperation with the Ukrainian side in exchanging DNA databases to identify bodies was in focus".
Morozova emphasized the destructive attitude of Ukraine's representatives in the Contact Group.
On July 6, in Minsk, Ukrainian side derailed the discussion of the prisoners exchange. Donbass representatives had to leave the meeting of the humanitarian working group. *ot
