Donetsk, Mar 7 — DAN. Belarussian President Alexander Lukashenko has said that Minsk will not come into conflict with Ukraine.

“If they are hoping (I know they want to drag us into the war at Americans’ command)…. If you think that by issuing this challenge, you’ll get us involved in the war tomorrow, the war which is already taking place all over Europe today, you’re mistaken, ” the BelTA news agency quoted Lukashenko as saying at a state decorations ceremony at the Palace of Independence.

Earlier on Tuesday, the Belarussian leader told about the exposure of the attempted terrorist attack on the Machulishchi airfield outside Minsk. He said that the terrorist, a Ukrainian secret service agent and 20 accomplices have been detained and that the Security Service of Ukraine has been preparing it since 2014 “using state-of-the-art technology.” Minsk asked Russia to replace the A-50 plane which had sustained minor damage.

“A while back, I thought that Ukraine needed peace and that Zelensky cared for his people. President Zelensky is just a louse. Just a louse! Such operations are not conducted without coordination with the country’s leadership and commander-in-chief. I’m telling you this as a president… All right, the challenge has been issued, ” Lukashenko said in comments on the attempted terrorist attack outside Minsk.

“To prevent speculations, everybody must understand, and I don’t deny it: several days ago, I ordered (before that operation) do conduct the toughest mop-up across the country. It’s a lesson for us. They’ve hidden themselves and sit waiting for something. It will happen like in 1941, let’s face it: when fascists came here, these cells were here; abettors were here. Then they put on armbands, slung a Schmeisser over the shoulder and acted together with those fascists. Nothing has changed. So we must find them, ” the Belarussian leader said.*jk
