Donetsk, Aug 21 – DAN. Kiev's shelling did not allow the OSCE SMM to inspect the site in Petrovskiy district of Donetsk where an Emergencies Ministry staff member was killed earlier by another shelling, said DPR representative in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination of the Ceasefire (JCCC).
"In the morning the SMM planned to arrive to the place where the tragedy occurred to inspect the area. At 9.10 a.m. the shelling of Trudovskiye began from the positions of the 46th separate special task battalion 'Donbass-Ukraina' based in Maryinka. The SMM patrol visit was postponed by the JCCC decision for security reasons."
Earlier reports said that a rescuer was killed, two his colleagues injured in western Donetsk by Kiev forces' shelling. *ot
