Donetsk, Oct 18 – DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled the vicinity of Donetsk water treatment plant (DFS) as the OSCE SMM was installing surveillance camera there, a military source told DAN.
"At around 1 p.m. the area of the DFS came under Ukrainian forces 82mm and 120mm mortar fire as the OSCE SMM was installing a surveillance camera there," the interlocutor said.
The fire was opened from Kiev-controlled Avdeyevka area.
The OSCE SMM answered DPR request to comment saying that all information on ceasefire violations is revealed in the mission's daily reports, the information on today's events will be published no earlier than evening of October 19. *ot
