Donetsk, Aug 3 - DAN. The Donetsk People’s Republic will view any US weapons supplies to Ukraine as attempts to foil Minsk and “Normandy Four” peace talks, DPR head Alexander Zakharchenko told reporters on Thursday.
“There’ve already been attempts to supply US weapons to Ukraine. Back in 2015, we seized U.S. weapons at the airport,” Zakharchenko said. “Any America’s weapon delivery to Ukraine will be regarded as an attempt to foil Minsk and Normandy Four talks.”
Earlier, US mass media reported that Department of State and Pentagon officials had drawn a plan to supply defensive weapons to Ukraine for use in Donbass.*jk
