Donetsk, Dec 14 - DAN. The Foreign Ministers of the Donetsk People’s Republic and South Ossetia, Natalia Nikonorova and Dmitry Medoyev met in Donetsk on Tuesday, the DPR Foreign Ministry press service reported.
“In the course of the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues concerning further cooperation between the two states, outlined the ways for implementing effective interaction and considered the aspects of mutual opening of diplomatic missions of the Republics,” the press service said. The two diplomats also exchanged gifts.
Donetsk hosted a meeting on Tuesday over prospects for deeper economic integration between Donbass and Russia. It was attended by delegates from Russia, the Lugansk People’s Republic and South Ossetia. *jk
