Donetsk, Jan 28 – DAN. The statement of the OSCE special representative in the Contact Group Martin Sajdik concerning Donbass is largely incompatible with the Minsk Agreements approved at the top level – the UN Security Council, said DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova.

"What we see is an attempt to sabotage the Minsk Agreements coming from a high-rank OSCE official who doubts the efficiency of this credible international organization, despite the fact that it is his direct duty to coordinate and assist in implementation of the Minsk Agreements".

Sajdik has revealed details of his new Donbass peace concept to an Austrian newspaper Kleine Zeitung. He said that the new plan was tabled during the latest meeting of the OSCE Ministerial Council in Milan in December. The document provides for a joint UN and OSCE mission comprising military and police components and international administration in Donbass. It also suggests that an EU-led reconstruction agency should operate in Donbass.

"We consider any activity aimed at disrupting the Minsk Agreements absolutely unacceptable. Besides, all aspects of the peace settlement must be harmonized with the Republics. It is not enough for us "just to be heard", Nikonorova said.

"It is necessary to coordinate peace settlement activity with us, in accordance with the Package of Measures. We call on Mr. Sajdik not to risk his professional reputation by negating the sides' efforts to implement the Minsk Agreements." *ot
