Donetsk, Mar 1 – DAN. DPR and LPR urged the OSCE to facilitate access to most ecologically hazardous infrastructure in Kiev-controlled territory for Donbass social organizations, said DPR and LPR envoys to Minsk negotiations in their joint statement.

"We consider it extremely important that our social organizations  have access to enterprises and crucial infrastructure that townships and districts depend upon, which is envisaged by the program (humanitarian program of Donbass reunification). Permanent and transparent control shall guarantee ecological safety of Donbass," Denis Pushilin's and Vladislav Deinego's joint statement reads.

They said they hope for active support from the OSCE in facilitating the access to the objects, "considering our steps in admitting international and foreign social organizations, including Ukrainian, to the Republics."

On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads Alexander Zakharchenko and Igor Plotnitskiy launched the program of humanitarian assistance for residents of Kiev-occupied part of Donbass. The key objective of the program is to provide financial,  medical and educational assistance to socially vulnerable groups of Donbass population.

DPR and LPR leaders also expressed concern about the condition of key infrastructure in Kiev-controlled territory. Zakharchenko and Plotnitskiy demanded access to ecologically hazardous objects for Republican emergency agencies and humanitarian organizations. *ot
