Donetsk, Apr 14 - DAN.  A criminal case has been opened in the Donetsk People’s Republic over video recordings of key DPR facilities by OSCE Mission personnel, DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova said on Thursday.

“Criminal proceedings have been instituted over the fact of video recordings of locations and positions of DPR militia forces, industrial sites and other significant facts using OSCE cameras for subsequent data transfer. Law-enforcers are finding out where this information was delivered,” Nikonorova said on First Channel.

Earlier, the DPR said that the operation of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission was unlawful in the DPR territory and that its representative were not welcome to stay. The Mission has to stop its activity in the Republic by April 30. A DPR resident who worked for the SMM was reportedly detained for “the activity incompatible with the Mission mandate.” *jk
