Donetsk, Dec 20 – DAN. The DPR and Ukraine have reached a preliminary agreement to communicate through the OSCE on security issues, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.
"In Minsk, we have reached a preliminary agreement to organize communication between the sides via the OSCE SMM," he said.
Earlier, observers from the JCCC including Russian and Ukrainian armies' officers monitored the ceasefire in Donbass. On December 19 Russian representatives in the JCCC left Donbass and subsequently Ukraine following the Russian Foreign Ministry statement concerning Russia's representation withdrawal from the JCCC due to the impossibility to continue work because of the Ukraine's actions. *ot
