Donetsk, Dec 2 – DAN. Donbass representatives are to speak on the Arria-Formula basis today at the UN for the first time in the Republics' history, the DPR Foreign Ministry said.
"The UNSC Arria-Formula meeting on the implementation of the Minsk Package of Measures on the Settlement in Ukraine will take place on December 2 DPR Foreign Minister Natalia Nikonorova and LPR Foreign Minister Vladislav Deinego, both representing their countries in the Contact Group, will be speaking."

The "Arria-formula meetings" are very informal, confidential gatherings which enable Security Council members to have a frank and private exchange of views, within a flexible procedural framework.*ot
