"As a commissioner for human rights, I visit (detention centres) two or three times a week to check on the conditions these people live in (Ukrainian prisoners of war). I, as a human rights commissioner, have no complaints about our detention system," she said.
She did not provide the exact number of Ukrainian troops held captive.
