Donetsk, June 19 – DAN. Citizens of Ukraine who participate in the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of Donbass People can now enter the DPR through the Elenovka checkpoint, the decree No. 172 enacted by the DPR Head Denis Pushilin reads.

Citizens without DPR registration can enter the Republic "to participate the Humanitarian Program for the Reunification of Donbass People and Support of Russian-Speaking Population of Ukraine, or if they have reasonable humanitarian or compelling circumstances".

The DPR has also lifted ban on crossing into its territory from the LPR. 

To exit the DPR through the Elenovka checkpoint, a traveler needs a registration in Ukraine; to enter the DPR a traveler needs a clearance from the Operative HQ on Covid Prevention.

Four checkpoint connect the DPR and Ukraine. Only one is operating since the COVID-19 outbreak. Humanitarian corridor at the Elenovka checkpoint opens on Mondays and Fridays. *ot
