Zakharchenko: DPR to increase minimum pension by 5pc

Donetsk, Sep 29 – DAN. The DPR plans to boost the minimum pensions by five pc in October, said the DPR Head Alexander Zakharchenko speaking at a press conference on Friday.

"The government has promised a five-percent increase of pensions in October," he said.

The DPR began allocating retirement payments in April 2015. Currently pensions are paid through the Central Republican Bank and the Donbass Post. The minimal monthly retirement wage is set at 2,600 RUR (45 USD). *ot
