Donetsk, Sep 23 – DAN. The working group on humanitarian issues of the Minsk Contact Group is to discuss at its next meeting the case of Ukraine Security Service (SBU) recruiting children to carry out sabotage acts, DPR Commissioner for Human Rights Daria Morozova said.
"We wanted to address the issue of children recruits but (Tony Frisch from) OSCE said it will be on the agenda of the humanitarian subgroup's next meeting," she explained.
The working group on humanitarian issues is scheduled to meet in Minsk on October, 5.
The DPR Ministry for State Security (MGB) reported earlier that a group of under-aged was detained. They are suspected of committing sabotage acts against DPR infrastructure directed by Ukrainian security services. According to the MGB the group comprised seven people connected among other things to explosion on railway lines in Yasinovataya on 16 February 2016.
