Donetsk, Jul 5 — DAN. The “United Russia” political party has included the new territories in its “People’s Program” and set guidelines for their development.

The objectives in developing the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics and Zaporozhye and Kherson regions are spelled out in the new 20-page section of the document published on the party’s official website.

They include assistance in rebuilding the infrastructure, development of the network of multi-functional public services centers, notary institution and the Bar, launching of a free economic zone, promoting cooperation between agribusinesses and domestic and foreign partners, financial support of participants in the special military operation etc.

It is planned to open four free legal advice centers and as many notary offices, repair 85 percent of roads, offer electricity bill discounts to key social enterprises and increase the number of volunteers engaged in the restoration of water bodies from 400 to 700.

Russian digital television will be available up to 95 percent of the population, and up to 70 percent will undergo health checks. The program envisions an increase in the number of government services portal users to at least 40 percent. The income level will reach the national average. Some objectives are expected to be fulfilled by the end of this year; other goals will be attained by 2026.

The People’s Program is the party’s strategic document based on 2.5 million recommendations from citizens. It comprises 350 provisions grouped into 20 areas. As many as 53,600 residents of the new regions have visited the party’s public reception offices.*jk
