Donetsk, Sep 4 - DAN. The United Donbass Foundation has approved financial aid worth over 193 million rubles for more than 5,000 applicants across the region since March 2017, the Foundation’s press service reported on Tuesday.
“The Foundation’s Commission has approved 5,382 financial aid applications to the tune of 193,251,940 rubles since the start of operation,” the report said.
The Donetsk People’s Republic set up the United Donbass Foundation in March 2017 as part of the Donbass people reunification humanitarian programme. The organisation’s objective is to provide assistance to residents of the DPR and Kiev-controlled areas who have found themselves in a difficult situation.*jk
