Donetsk, Jan 17 - DAN. Ukrainian forces opened fire at the western outskirts of Gorlovka, the Donetsk People's Republic Communications Ministry press service reported on Thursday.
“The Glubokaya (Gagarin Colliery - eds Donetsk News Agency) is under fire. The postal workers hid in the shelter,” the report said.
The Ministry added that the Unified Communications Centre of the Donbass Post state-owned enterprise was in the fire zone.
Earlier reports on Thursday said that Ukrainian army units had shelled Donetsk outskirts with mortars several hours before the meeting of the Contact Group in Minsk.*jk
