Donetsk, Dec 18 - DAN. Ukrainian forces on Tuesday evening shelled the Spartak village north of Donetsk, the Donetsk People’s Republic Office at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
“A Ukrainian army strike towards the settlements of Avdeyevka and Spartak was recorded at 17:05; four 82mm mortar rounds were fired,” the report said.
Ukrainian forces also opened fire at the Gagarina Colliery village in Gorlovka on Tuesday evening, using grenade launchers, large calibre machine guns and small arms.
No damage or casualties were immediately reported.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 22 times over the past 24 hours firing more than 200 rounds of ammunition at the DPR.*jk
