Donetsk, Jul 6 – DAN. Ukrainian forces fired hundred rounds at the DPR on Monday night interrupting power supply on the Gorlovka direction, the DPR mission to the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.
"The fire continued into the night, the enemy used artillery and mortars, firing the total of 100 rounds, 16 of them of 152 mm caliber, 33 – 122mm, 17 – 120 mm, and 34 – 82 mm."
The shelling began at 2.45 a.m. targeting residential areas among other areas. Civilians had to spend the night in bomb shelters.
The shellfire damaged a pumping station in Gorlovka (Komsomolets), left a number of power stations disconnected in the vicinity of the Komsomolets mine; 600 customers remain without power.
