Donetsk, Dec 28 – DAN. Ukraine might release 15 DPR and LPR supporters it keeps imprisoned on Dec.29, DPR ombudswoman Daria Morozova said.
"Probably Kiev will hand us 15 people from Donetsk and Lugansk tomorrow. Where and how exactly is still unknown."
Earlier LPR ombudswoman Olga Kobtseva announced that Kiev on Thursday might liberate 15 captives – five Lugansk residents and ten from Donetsk. The release is expected at 2-3 p.m. tomorrow Kiev time (3-4 p.m. DPR and LPR time).
On December 22 Kiev's representative in the Contact Group Irina Geraschenko said the Ukrainian side was to release 15 captives who supported DPR, including women, elderly and ill persons. The majority of them were allegedly cleared of charges by the Ukrainian president Petr Poroshenko. *ot
