Donetsk, Apr 2 - DAN. Two civilians were wounded on Monday evening as Ukrainian forces shelled Yakovlevka village outside Yasinovataya, town administration head Oleg Morgun told Donetsk News Agency.

“Two civilians were wounded in yesterday’s shelling of Yasinovatskaya Street in Yakovlevka village; a 47-year-old woman suffered a shrapnel wound to the stomach, and a 45-year-old man had a first degree facial burn,” Morgun said.

The victims were rushed to Donetsk hospitals.

Five houses in Rybalko and Poletayeva Streets in Zaitsevo village were damaged by Ukrainian forces strikes, acting Gorlovka mayor Ivan Prikhodko told DAN.

Reports earlier on Tuesday said Ukrainian force violated the ceasefire more than 47 times over the past 24 hours. A civilian was injured in western Donetsk shelling on Monday and damage to residential areas was recorded. *jk
