Donetsk, Jun 20 — DAN. Additional ten buses transferred from St. Petersburg were put into the service on Mariupol city routes today, the press service of the city administration said on Monday.

“This is the second batch of passenger transport, which arrived from the twin city. Semi-low floor  NEFAZ-5299 buses have 115 passengers capacity, and feature seats. They are wheelchair accessible, and the rear doors are equipped with sliding ramps.

Additional buses made it possible to shorten waiting time at bus stops.

“A total of 100 buses will be transferred from St. Petersburg to Mariupol until the year-end, ” the administration said.

The Agreement on the twin cities relations between Mariupol and St. Petersburg was concluded on June 1. It provides for cooperation in trade, economic, scientific, technical, humanitarian and cultural spheres. *ot
