Donetsk, Apr 7 – DAN. Scientists from Kiev-controlled territories can present and work on their projects in DPR in accordance with the humanitarian program of reunification of Donbass people, said DPR Ministry of Education and Science.
"The Ministry invites scientists currently living in Kiev-controlled territory to participate in DPR exhibitions, conferences and forums. They can come and work on their projects, defend theses, get grants. Scientists from Kiev-controlled Donbass can participate on the same conditions (as DPR scientists)."
The ministry said it had adopted the schedule of scientific forums, the first conference within the framework of the humanitarian program is to take place on April 15, the last one on May 25. Overall there will be eight events, full lists available on the ministry's website.
On February 17 DPR and LPR Heads approved the humanitarian aid program aimed to assist people living in Kiev-controlled territories. The main objective is to provide financial and aid assistance and educational assistance to vulnerable social groups. On February 21 the program was officially presented to people, hotlines and websites associated with the program were launched. *ot
