Donetsk, Jul 5 — DAN. A Russian company has presented a project to develop the center of Donetsk’s Kuibyshevsky district which was seriously damaged in Kiev artillery attacks, the Donbass Development Corporation (KRD) state-owned concern told the Donetsk News Agency.
“The most pleasant thing is that one of the developers presented a project for the central part of the war-damaged Kuibyshevsky district, which envisions the building of about one million square meters of housing with social infrastructure, ” the KRD said.
It did not name the construction company.
Earlier reports said that the DPR authorities had accepted, without competitive bidding, the first applications for federal and municipal land lease in large housing construction projects.*jk
