Donetsk, Jul 19 — DAN. Ukrainian armed formations have fired more than 260 rounds of ammunition at Donetsk People’s Republic settlements on Tuesday.

Military situation

Ukrainian gunmen on Tuesday shelled Donetsk’s Petrovsky and Kirovsky districts, Yelenovka, Staromikhailovka, Yasinovataya, Dokuchayevsk, Verkhnetoretskoye, Gorlovka, Dolomitnoye and Panteleimonovka. The enemy used “Grad” multiple rocket launchers, cannon artillery and mortars.

Preliminary reports said that houses in Kollontai Street in Donetsk’s Kirovsky district had been damaged in artillery attacks. No civilian casualties were immediately reported.

Donetsk People’s Republic Emergencies Ministry personnel came under fire as they were looking for explosive hazards in Krasny Liman. Luckily, nobody was hurt.

Engineers eliminated about 100 “Lepestok” anti-personnel mines which Kiev gunmen had showered on Yasinovataya a few days ago.

Humanitarian situation

The city of Mariupol has launched a communications facility and is actively preparing its sea port for grain exports. Repairs are running on cranes, small equipment and electrical substations.

Energy specialists have repaired high-voltage transmission lines and electrical substations in Mariupol, Volnovakha, Krasny Liman and the villages of Ilyichevskoye, Yatskoye and Rubtsy.

The DPR Central Bank opened its second office in Volnovakha. It is located at 8 Hero Vladimir Zhoga Street.

Commissioner for Children’s Rights under the Russian President Maria Lvova-Belova has inaugurated the project for socio-psychological rehabilitation of wartime adolescents.

Other news

The DPR is remembering “Somalia” battalion commander Mikhail Tolstykh (Givi). He would have turned 42 today.

Russia’s Investigative Committee (SK) has said that it has information on Ukrainian radicals’ deploying artillery and MLRS on the premises of a granary in Kalinovka, Bakhmut district of the DPR, from where they regularly deliver fire at Russian troops positions provoking them into retaliating. SK specialists plan to investigate this fact.
