Donetsk, Nov 23 — DAN. A police dog has helped find a large ammunition cache in the Donetsk People’s Republic, the press service of Russia’s National Guard reported on Thursday.
“Dog Bayan helped the police officers find and seize more than 1,000 small arms ammunition rounds, six TNT blocks, two grenades, an anti-tank mine and an anti-tank guided missile, ” the report said.
It was a joint operation of a Rosgvardia special task force unit and military counterintelligence officers. The ammunition was hidden in a pit next to an abandoned utility shed; the anti-tank missile was found in the bushes in nearby, the Rosgvardia press service said.
The Donetsk News Agency earlier reported that Rosgvardia servicemen had resuscitated a man who suffered cardiac arrest at a DPR checkpoint.*jk
