Donetsk, Dec 30 – DAN. Over 800 DPR households and infrastructures were damaged by Kiev's shelling in 2016, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Colonel Eduard Basurin.
"820 households and infrastructures were damaged or destroyed."
He said that critical infrastructure, repair teams restoring damaged sites have been repeatedly coming under fire of Ukrainian artillery and mortars.
"Some of repair workers sustained injuries."
To adjust fire Ukrainian armed forces used unmanned aerial vehicles including those provided by "terrorist accomplices, so-called volunteers".
This year, Kiev forces opened fire on DPR territory 143 thousand times, employing heavy weapons in half of the cases. *ot
