Over 32 billion RUR of pensions paid to DPR citizens in 2016

Donetsk, Jan 11– DAN. Over 32 billion RUR ($531 million) of pensions were paid to DPR residents in 2016, the Ministry of Trade and Social Policy told DAN.

"The Pension Fund of DPR paid 32.6 billion RUR in 2016. The average pension was 3,997.84 RUR."

There are 679.7 thousand pensioners registered with local pension funds across the Republic. The allowances are paid by the DPR Central Bank and Donbass Post.

First pensions were paid to DPR residents in April 2015. *ot
