Donetsk, Oct 8 – DAN. Two new power transmission lines are to connect the DPR and LPR, said the DPR Ministry of Power and Coal.
"One power line is to begin at the Kommunarskaya cell No 1, the second one originates from the Kommunarskaya cell No 2". They are to boost energy systems of the two Republics and to increase capacity of Donetsk-Lugansk transmission."
The project is currently at the designing stage, the construction is to start in 2022.
The Director General of the LPR's Republican Power Grid Company Boris Ryzhilov said that LPR will embark on its part of the construction in late 2021. *ot
