Donetsk, Jul 17 — DAN. Several dozen people have gathered at the Malaysian Boeing crash site in Grabovo in the east of the Donetsk People’s Republic to mourn the victims of the tragedy.
People observed a minute of silence and laid flowers to the monument, said head of the rural administration Vladimir Berezhnoy who took part in the action.
Speaking on the occasion of the 9th anniversary of the tragedy on Monday, DPR Acting Head Denis Pushilin said that Kiev wanted to turn up the heat of the Donbass conflict with the plane crash. He reminded about the manipulation of facts, biased investigation and unsubstantiated accusations in the plane crash case.
The Boeing-777 of Malaysian Airlines flying from Amsterdam to Kuala-Lumpur crashed in the Grabovo village near Torez on 17 July 2014. All the 298 people on board including 80 children were killed.*jk
