Donetsk, Jun 20 — DAN. The Donetsk Republican Universal Scientific Library named after Krupskaya has been fully restored after the Ukrainian artillery attacks, Library Director General Marina Morozova said on Tuesday.
“Moscow specialists have completed all the repairs on parts of the frontage and roof damaged by shelling, ” Morozova told the Donetsk News Agency. “Window units have been replaced, too.”
The library sustained damage as it came under Ukrainian artillery fire three time last December, she said.
The Krupskaya Library was established by the presidium of the Stalin District Executive Committee in 1926 and built under the first Donetsk development master plan. The library has more than 1.6 million items in storage and provides access to world information resources.*jk
