Donetsk, Dec 7 – DAN. DPR ombudswoman criticized Kiev's position at Humanitarian subgroup talks in Minsk where detainees swap was discussed.
"Despite the fact that DPR has long been ready to implement Article 6 of the Minsk Agreements concerning the exchange of prisoners with Ukraine, Kiev has not given any reply. Ukrainian side showed its insolvency, that it is not ready for meaningful dialog", said the Republic's representative in the Contact Group working group on humanitarian issues Daria Morozova.
She urged Ukraine's president Petr Poroshenko to make 'a political decision' that would facilitate the swap.
After the ministerial meeting in Minsk on November 29, German Foreign Minister Frank Walter Steinmeier said the parties had agreed to have a large POW swap before Catholic Christmas, December, 25th.*ot
