Earlier, DPR announced a plan to stabilize the situation along the contact line in Donbass.
The document received OSCE approval.
Following are the key points: immediate and comprehensive ceasefire along the contact line, pullback of all weapons banned under the appropriate documents, unrestricted access for the OSCE SMM to storage sites, establishing a demilitarized zone within 1km radius of Donetsk water treatment plant and banning any offensive or any approach moves.
Ukraine refused to discuss the proposed plan. *jk
