Donetsk, Sep 6 — DAN. The military decoration of a killed Donetsk People’s Republic defender has been presented to his mother in the Velikoye Meshkovo village, Amrovsiyesky district, local authorities said.
“By presidential decree, our fellow countryman Igor V.Belik has been awarded the Order of Courage, a war decoration, ” municipality head Igor Lyzov wrote on Telegram.
The award was passed to the courageous fighter’s mother at the local school. Oksana Vladimirovna is a mother of three sons who all went to war. Regrettably, the middle son was killed in action. He was 23, Lyzov said.
The official expressed his condolences to the family and friends of the killed fighter.*jk
