Donetsk, Nov 22 – DAN.  Kiev forces shelled Dokuchayevsk over the past 24 hours damaging at least 17 households, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.

"As the result of Kiev's shelling, 17 households are damaged in Dokuchayevsk," he said.

Earlier DPR Operations Command reported a woman, born in 1965, resident of Dokuchayevsk, had sustained chest shrapnel injury.  Overall, Ukraine violated the ceasefire 23 times in 24 hours.*ot
