Donetsk, Jun 3 – DAN. Ukrainian troops have mined the road to the Donetsk water treatment plant, said DPR representative at the Joint Centre for Control and Coordination (JCCC) Ruslan Yakubov.
"Despite earlier agreements and apart from daily ceasefire violations in the area, the Ukrainian side has mined the road to the Donetsk water treatment plant during shifts turnover at the facility," he said.
Yakubov said that Kiev is clearly creating obstacles to a safe and uninterrupted operation of a most important strategic infrastructure in Donbass.
On June 1 Ukrainian army targeted the area of the water facility again, hindering shifts turnover. On the previous day Ukrainian army fired at an SMM patrol heading to the plant, repeating an incident of May 30. *ot
