Donetsk, Jul 4 – DAN. The number of civilian casualties of Ukrainian offensive against Donbass has reached 66 since the beginning of the year, said the representative of the Fair Defense social organization Ivan Kopyl speaking exclusively to DAN.

“Since January 1, 2018, 11 civilians have been killed, 55 wounded by Kiev forces’ shelling.”

The attacks have also damaged or destroyed 278 households and infrastructure objects.

Every incident has been recorded to be further investigated, Kopyl said.

The public committee on recording Kiev forces’ war crimes was launched in mid-2015. Criminal and law experts aim to gather data on the crimes the Ukrainian armed forces committed in Donbass. The committee registered as an organization in February 2018 and adopted the name of Fair Defense social organization. *ot
