Donetsk, Oct 30 – DAN. Kiev representatives at the Minsk talks failed to present a written position on returning documents to persons earlier released from Ukrainian prisons, said DPR Ombudswoman Daria Morozova.
"Ukraine has not yet provided its written official position on returning documents to persons earlier released from Ukrainian prisons on exchange basis. They say, orally, that there are no appropriate mechanisms. This is a key issue on the eve of exchange, but Kiev's authorized representatives ignore this issue," her statement reads.
Morozova added that the group members had also discussed missing persons search and coordination of POWs exchange lists.
"Kiev protracts the exchange under pretexts. In fact, the sides are ready to swap detainees, but Kiev is still unwilling to release 58 people we have requested," she explained. *ot
