Kiev forces violate ceasefire 158 times in a week, firing 200-plus heavy weapons rounds

Donetsk, Oct 26 – DAN. Ukrainian forces violated the ceasefire 158 times in the past week, firing over 200 heavy weapons rounds, said DPR Operations Command deputy commander Eduard Basurin.

“This week the enemy violated the ceasefire 158 times."

Ukrainian army fired 13 artillery rounds of 122mm caliber, 183 mortar rounds of 120mm and 82mm caliber, five tank gun rounds.

Overall, 24 townships came under fire.

As a result of shelling, two houses in western Donetsk were damaged, an overhead power line damaged in Yasinovataya.

Four DPR soldiers have been killed over the week.

"We extend our condolences to their families," Basurin said.

The JCCC said that Kiev forces violated the ceasefire 19 times in the past 24 hours, firing 43 rounds. *ot
