Donetsk, Mar 12 – DAN. Ukrainian forces shelled a vehicle transporting staff to the Donetsk water treatment plant this morning, the state water company Voda Donbassa told DAN.
"Today at 7.30 a.m. the Ukrainian side opened small arms fire at vehicles transporting people to their workplaces. One of the vehicles sustained damage and is out of order," the interlocutor said.
Earlier reports said that Ukrainian forces shelled Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct damaging a transformer. The station shifted to reserve power sources. *ot
