Donetsk, Nov 14 - DAN. Ukrainian forces opened fire at the 1st level pumping station of the Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct outside Yasinovataya, personnel was evacuated to a shelter, Voda Donbassa water supply company representative told Donetsk News Agency on Tuesday.
“Ukrainian army units began to shell the Yuzhnodonbasskiy water duct at around 1:30 p.m,” he said. “It came under sniper fire and then under large calibre machine gun fire. The personnel quickly took cover.”
No casualties or damage were immediately reported, he added.
Yuzhnodonbasskiy Water Duct 1st Level Water Pumping Station is located near the “grey zone” outside Yasinovataya and is controlled by DPR militia. The water duct has three water treatment plants, two of which service Kiev-held part of the region. *jk
